We would like to reward your foresight and organization with discounts of up to 12% on confirmed, early group bookings. Get our best prices and availability with Early Events. The discounts of our Early Events program apply to:
12% for bookings confirmed 75 days prior to the event. 8% for bookings confirmed 75-60 days prior to the event. 4% for bookings confirmed 60-45 days prior to the event.
These discounts are subject to confirmation and payment of the reservation 100% in advance. The cancellation policy to be applied, should be checked upon request for rate quotes.
*Not applicable to groups and conventions that already have a confirmed booking.

Hotel Majestic has a special offer for your company meetings. A rate that includes all the services that you might need to organize your meetings. Do not worry about any extra charges with the Day Delegate Rate (starting at 65€) or the 24 Hours Delegate Rate (starting at 225€)
Services included:
- Rental of meeting room in theatre style layout. (Other layouts available upon request with a supplement) - Coffee break in the morning and coffee break in the afternoon. - Working lunch in our restaurant Condal with wine, water and coffee included. - Screen and slides / transparencies projector. - Classic Room (with the 24 Hours Delegate rate). - You might book dinner for an additional 40€ charge.
