If you are considering using the marvellous MajesticSpa, you may want to know about our protocol.
If you come from abroad, there could be some differences that you wish to understand. However, this is the time for you to feel pampered looked after and most attractive, so we will endeavour to make you feel totally at ease.
Arrival: In order to give you a better service, you are kindly reminded to be at the SPA on time.
Dress code: For any hydro-therapy treatment you will need to have a swimming costume. For any other treatment there is no special dress code; if you come straight from your room you can wear a bathrobe.
Valuables: We strongly recommend that you do not deposit any valuables in the lockers. The SPA will not be held responsible for their loss.
Children: Children under 10 should not be left unattended in the SPA.
Pets: For hygienic reasons and to ensure total tranquillity, no pets are allowed in the SPA
Cell phones: No cell phones / pagers are allowed in the SPA
Before you leave: Our staff will guide you to an area where you can relax for a few more minutes before you leave. To take full advantage of any treatment, it is advisable to resume you daily routine progressively.
Payment: You can pay in cash or with a credit card. If you are a hotel client, you can also charge the expenses to your room.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please inform us at least 6 hours in advance. If you cancel your reservation within 6 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full rate. If you modify it within 6 hours of your appointment, there will be an extra charge of 25% on the full rate.
