The Q of Quality Tourism,-whose generic name is “Spanish Tourist Quality”- can be awarded to any activity related to tourist services/products. The Institute for Spanish Quality Tourism is the only organism that can grant, update in due course and guarantee the proper use of the award.

Only those establishments that can guarantee the standards of quality set by the Normative on the Quality of Services can obtain this certificate. The mechanisms employed to evaluate the compliance or non-compliance of the prerequisites covered by the current normative have been designed following current cross-sector laws.
